Shipping / Processing Time:
Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13-16 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time Monday unless it is a holiday.
Can I Change My Order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. With this being said, please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout.
What if my wig doesn't fit?
Ellipsis Hair is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure the circumference of your head in inches using a tape measure and match accordingly to the listed sizes.
Shipping Method
We use UPS to ship out all orders after processing time. Please make sure to input accurate shipping information and contact information for an easy, successful shipment. Once UPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
Payment Terms
It is important to know that we cannot process your order unless billing address matches the shipping address. We accept all major credit cards. Any orders flagged as high risk will be required to send a copy of their ID to confirm the purchase before the processing time begins. When you place your order online, your card will be charged immediately. Please note we have strict inventory tracking. Any credit card and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
