While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and care. We make no guarantees regarding the longevity or performance of styles, wigs, or extensions if aftercare instructions are not followed properly.

2. Health & Allergies

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to receiving services. Ellipsis Hair is not liable for any reactions or outcomes that occur due to undisclosed information or failure to follow pre- or post-service instructions.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

All products and services are provided “as is.” By purchasing or receiving services, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks involved. Ellipsis Hair is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries that may occur from the use or misuse of products or services.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked through our official booking platform.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Payments

• We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

• All remaining balances must be paid in full at the time of service.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds on hair services, custom units, or hair products.

• If there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it appropriately.

5. Hair Policy

• For install services, hair must be clean, detangled, and free of products unless specified otherwise.

• If you are providing your own bundles or units, they must be approved prior to the appointment.

• Custom units require accurate measurements and may take 7–14 business days for completion.

6. Client Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

• Please arrive with a positive and respectful attitude to maintain the peaceful, luxury environment we strive to provide.

7. Photo & Video Release

• Ellipsis Hair may capture behind-the-scenes content, including photos and videos of hair services.

• By booking with us, you grant permission to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

• We will never share or sell your data to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

• Ellipsis Hair reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
