At Ellipsis Hair, we take pride in offering premium services and high-quality products. Please review our refund policy below to understand what to expect when booking or purchasing from us.

By using our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Ellipsis Hair reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All policies are applied at our discretion and are subject to change as our business evolves.

Due to the nature of beauty services and hygienic concerns, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We are not liable for dissatisfaction caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, improper use, or third-party products or services.

Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Services:

  • All services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals.

  • If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, if appropriate, provide a courtesy correction.

  • Courtesy corrections do not guarantee a redo of the full service and are subject to availability.

Custom Units & Products:

  • Due to hygiene and customization, wigs, lace units, and hair products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • If your custom unit arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and proof of damage. We’ll assess eligibility for a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges, Store Credit & Disputes

  • Exchanges may be offered in rare cases where incorrect or defective products were shipped. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Store credit may be offered in lieu of refunds at the discretion of Ellipsis Hair.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to deny future services until the issue is resolved.
