All wig orders are final sale. Because each unit is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

Refunds are only issued in rare cases if Ellipsis Hair made an error (e.g., the wrong product was shipped).

Wig color differences caused by lighting (natural, white, or warm) are not considered defects.

If we approve a return due to an error on our part, Ellipsis Hair will cover the return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and head measurements before ordering.
