At Ellipsis Hair, we aim to deliver your luxury hair products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand our timelines, responsibilities, and what to expect once your order is placed.

By placing an order with Ellipsis Hair, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, customs processes, or force majeure events (such as weather or natural disasters). Once your order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are in the hands of the carrier.

Processing & Delivery Timescs 

Processing Time:

  • All ready-to-ship units and extensions are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom lace units may take 7–14 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location and order size).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may impact timing)

Please allow additional time during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.

Address Accuracy, Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately after purchase — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once marked “Delivered,” Ellipsis Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. If a package goes missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to assess next steps.
